Services and fees
JMBs MARKETING LTD provides advertising, branding, digital marketing and creative services to business clients. Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are invoiced as professional service fees.
What we do not provide
JMBs MARKETING LTD does not hold money on behalf of clients, operate customer wallets or balances, provide financial services, handle investment funds, run gambling or prize schemes, or act as a payment processor. Where paid campaign management is provided, media spend is paid by the client directly to the relevant advertising platform.

Intellectual property
Ownership of commissioned creative work transfers to the client on full payment of the agreed fees, unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.
